MBS
SPA believes in exploring the option of Students Exchange Programme with
international Universities to provide wide exposure to the students.
A
delegation from UPC, Barcelona, one of the oldest Architectural school in the world,
visited MBS SPA on 30th August, 2018 comprising
of Mr Hectar Mendoza - Vice Dean International Relations, Prof.Karin
Hofert, Department of Architectural Design and Jordi Franquesa -
Department of Urbanism. The delegation was welcomed and briefed by Director MBS
SPA, Prof. Bijay Dash, Dean (Academics) MBS SPA, Prof. Resha Patil and Prof.
V.K. Bugga. A presentation about the college, its establishment, infrastructure
and achievements was given by Ar. Harman Preet Kaur.
The
objective of the visit was to establish Academic collaboration, Students
exchange Programme, European Accreditation and Joint Studios.
A Memorandum
of Understanding has been signed between MBS SPA (represented by Dean
Academics) and ETSAB-UPC, Barcelona to
stimulate and facilitate the development of collaborative and mutually
beneficial programs which serve to enhance Architecture knowledge of students
and teachers of both institutions, and to contribute to increased international
cooperation
